  • [Support] A new Help Centre at squake.earth/support

    • Search 60 articles across 8 topics, including new guides for getting started and for Gravity, with suggestions as you type
    • Start from your role (travel management company, corporate, carrier or forwarder, buyer of SAF, HVO or carbon credits, or Gravity user), or submit a request directly from the page
    • Links to release notes, calculation changes and the Developer hub are one click away
  • [Calculations] Methodology library on squake.earth

    • A plain-language page for each supported methodology at squake.earth/methodology-library: what it calculates, which trip details it uses and where its factors come from
    • Compare the methodologies available for flights, cars, hotels and trains side by side
  • [Calculations] Green Travel Data for train emissions

    • Train calculations now support GREEN-TRAVEL-DATA, the successor to Green Travel Pledge, using the release that matches each journey's timetable period
    • Requests using the former GREEN-TRAVEL-PLEDGE name continue to work, and the Report Builder shows the methodology's version and source
  • [Imports/Exports] Kilogram and tonne CO₂e columns in exports

    • Dashboard, purchase and Report Builder CSV exports now include CO₂e in both kilograms and tonnes, so no unit conversion is needed
  • [Dashboard] Welcome flow for invited users

    • Users invited to an account with an already connected data source get a short welcome flow covering their role, data sources, priorities and travel-data challenges
    • Your answers help SQUAKE tailor onboarding and support to your needs

Improvements

  • [Reporting] Reporting is now the default landing page

    • After sign-in, accepting an invitation, completing the welcome flow or clicking the logo, you now land on Reporting
  • [Reporting] Trend charts adapt to the selected date range

    • Trend charts group data by day, week or month depending on the period you select, so they stay readable for both short and long ranges
  • [Reporting] Clearer views when spend data is missing

    • Reporting opens on CO₂e when no spend data is available, and the Spend and Both options are shown as unavailable
    • A loading animation now shows while Reporting data is being loaded
  • [Performance] Faster account selector in Reporting

    • The account selector appears immediately, while the account hierarchy loads in the background
  • [Dashboard] Monitoring shows where the latest data ends

    • Monitoring trend charts mark the date of the latest available data, so the rest of the period is easy to tell apart
    • Trip unit" is now called "Trip count"
  • [API] More detail on GATE4 flight calculations

    • GATE4 results now report how each flight was matched (match level, matched record, matched flights and the booking class used), per leg for routed flights
    • GATE4 data covers departures back to 1 January 2019; both are described in the integration docs
  • [Calculations] US-EPA energy scope labelled as TTW

    • For cars, flights and trains calculated with US-EPA, the energy scope is now labelled tank-to-wheel (TTW). Reported emissions are unchanged
  • [Imports/Exports] Richer imported bookings

    • Imported bookings now link connected flight and train journeys and include hotel stays and car rentals with their details, with standardised station names and consistent trip amounts
    • The upload errors file now lists methodologies that were skipped for a row
  • [Dashboard] Better localisation

    • Country names are now translated, and Data Explorer wording in French and German has been improved
  • [Stability] Routine security and dependency maintenance

    • Applied routine security hardening and dependency updates. No action is required on your part.
