    • Invite new users to your account via the API
    • Invitation emails are sent in English, German or French, with links that open in the invitee's language
  • [Reporting] Full-trip view in the Flight Data Explorer

    • See complete trip routings, not only individual segments
    • Mixed-cabin trips are attributed to their highest booking class
  • [Dashboard] Clearer guidance when data is missing

    • Empty car market charts are replaced with an explanation of what data is available
  • [Dashboard] Legal link in the account menu

    • Legal information is now one click away for all signed-in users

Improvements

  • [Performance] Faster reporting across the dashboard

    • Overview, Flight, Hotel, Car, Rail and Monitoring pages load noticeably faster, including the first time a view is opened
    • Hotel Explorer loads details on demand, and filters for accounts with several sub-accounts respond more quickly
  • [API] Faster travel-data submission

    • Requests that submit travel data via the API are processed more efficiently
  • [Calculations] Rail Emissions Model updated to the Tier 1–5 dataset

    • Adds Tier 2 resolution and revised calculation bases and detour factors for train emissions
    • Commuter and urban rail train types are now mapped consistently across other supported methodologies
  • [Dashboard] Monitoring is easier to read

    • New information bubbles explain each Monitoring element and CO₂e intensity guidance
    • Chart values follow a consistent Target, tolerance, Actual order, and provisional months are shown separately from months with no data
    • Previous-period comparisons are hidden when activity coverage is incomplete, and future months no longer show misleading zero values
    • Monitoring is now the default landing page after sign-in
  • [Data Accuracy] Consistent hotel chain grouping

    • Hotel chain names are resolved during import, so hotel reporting groups the same chain together reliably
  • [Data Accuracy] Spend converted with official historical exchange rates

    • Travel spend in other currencies is now converted using official historical rates for the travel date
    • For trips dated in the future, the booking date and current rate are used
  • [Data Accuracy] Consistent trip statuses

    • Trip statuses from different data sources are now mapped to one common set of statuses
  • [Data Accuracy] Traveler email no longer required

    • Traveler records can now be saved without an email address
  • [Reporting] Methodology settings explained

    • Program Settings and Reporting now use the same methodology labels, and activities without a configured methodology stay visible
    • Activity-specific methodology settings come with clearer explanations
  • [Imports/Exports] Clearer exports

    • Reporting exports now show progress while the file is being generated, and tell you if generation fails
    • The per-leg CSV export option is now called “Create one row per leg” in Reporting and Data Explorer
  • [Dashboard] Navigation and wording polish

    • Navigation chapters other than Travel Program are collapsed by default, and your company logo is shown automatically
    • Car Data Explorer per-unit averages are now shown per rental, and headings, booking class and Program wording are more consistent
  • [Stability] Routine dependency maintenance

    • Applied routine dependency updates, including security patches. No action is required on your part.
